WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

Fulfilling orders for standard items that are in stock can take up to 5 business days. If your items are irregular,preorder or backordered, there may be a delay until we receive/produce the items. In these cases, we will ship orders ASAP. If you have not received a shipping notification within 5 business days, feel free to send us an e-mail at info@raimentofthedread.com

Shipping times will depend on the selection that you choose during checkout.

First Class Package (2-7 day transit)
Priority Mail (1-3 day transit)
Priority Express (1-2 day transit)

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

Raiment of the Dread ships primarily to the continental US region. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or other countries will incur additional charges. We are also unable to deliver to PO Boxes, hotels, hostels, prisons or army barracks outside the United States.

MY ORDER IS BACKORDERED – NOW WHAT?

Backorders remain active for 30 days. If back-ordered items are not available within 30 days, they are automatically canceled. Five (5) days before it is scheduled to cancel, you will receive an e-mail which will ask whether you would like your backorder to be extended. At that time, you may extend the backorder by contacting Customer Care.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS INCOMPLETE, DAMAGE OR INCORRECT – WHAT SHOULD I DO?
